INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
ALL international orders accepted ONLY with wire-transfer funds payment and verification of shipping address either internationally or within the USA. Contact us via e-mail and we will instruct you further: info@enchantasies.com
PRINTS:
Open Edition prints are 8 1/2" x 11" with the actual image approx. 8" x 10" to allow room for mats or frames to not overlap the image. Ordered prints do not carry the watermark you see on the website galleries. Prints are giclee-quality reproductions on acid free paper. They are shipped with an acid free cardboard backing, inside individual acid free plastic sleeves for protection. Each print carries a sticker on the back with the name of the print and artist information.
WHOLESALE:
We welcome wholesale inquires and offer wholesale pricing to retailers providing a state seller's permit (for state's that require them) or a copy of your business license. E-mail us a copy to: info@enchantasies.com
NON-CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
If you would like to order but do not wish to use your credit card, contact us for further instruction: info@enchantasies.com. We accept money order, certified check, or cleared personal check payment.
SHIPPING:
Print orders are shipped via United State Postal Service. Heavier gift items are shipped via UPS Ground - insured. International orders are shipped USPS-Insured/Delivery Confirmation.
If you should receive a damaged UPS shipment, save any and all packing materials and shipment and report to UPS immediately so a damage claim can be filed. Also contact us immediately:

We do not accept returns or requests for exchanges. All sales are final.

All of our art is registered copyright protected with all inherent protections. It is illegal to take, use, alter, modify, right-click capture, remove, distribute, misrepresent, or claim as your own, any of our art or graphic images without our written consent or license. If you view our art anywhere that you suspect is not licensed for use...please CONTACT US! Your information will be regarded as confidential and anonymous.
- We welcome licensing use of our artwork, however we are not interested in any form of relinquishing our own full rights or copyright ownership to use and reproduce our art. NO exclusivity rights are available on any of our artwork at this time. Commissioned art work however, is negotiable re: exclusivity.
- We require that Enchantasies approve any and all merchandise products bearing our artwork before they are sold.
- We require that our name be present, at least in the copyright tag, on the licensed merchandise or product. We also require that you use a copyright watermark for all of our art displayed on your website in photo image advertising so that art theft is not facilitated by lack of a watermark. - We require the lowest wholesale price if we are to order your merchandise products with our artwork on it, to carry as inventory on our website or to sell via trade shows.
